Hatteras Island Vacation Rentals wants to share with you a very unique experience only available on Hatteras Island: Hatteras Beach and Village Tours.

What is Hatteras Beach and Village Tours?

Hatteras Beach and Village Tours provides unique beach tours and serves the beaches of Cape Point, Frisco, South Hatteras and Ocracoke Island.  Hatteras Beach and Village Tours is a National Park Service (NPS) approved service provider.

STANDARD DROP OFF SHUTTLE RATES

1-2 Passengers $40.00/each

3-4 Passengers $35.00/each

5-6 Passengers $30.00/each

7/more: $20.00/each

These are round trip rates as of June 2023 and are subject to change.  Shuttles are customized to fit your schedule and needs. You can stay for as little or as long as you like. This is a more stationary shuttle option and can accommodate an unlimited number of people in a group.

HATTERAS BEACH & VILLAGE TOUR

This tour, can include numerous beach areas including Ramps 34 & 38 (Avon-When open), Ramp 44 (Cape Point) Ramps 48 & 49 (Frisco) and Ramp 55 (Hatteras South End). We also take you through the Interdunal Road and Pole Road. We highlight numerous Points of interest, historical stuff and throw in a couple of legends, some of which you can see and touch. Remnants of the burned out space ship and potentially shipwrecks are usually part of the adventure. The rate for this exploration is a flat rate of $150.00 total per trip, with a maximum of 4 people in the cab. The $150.00 rate covers up to 4 people.Should we be able to accommodate more than 4 people, there will be an additional charge of $25.00 each.For larger groups contact me direct to discuss possible options. This is an up to 4 hour adventure. This shuttle is an excellent opportunity to introduce you to new beaches as well as the history and charm of Hatteras Island.

OCRACOKE ISLAND BEACH & VILLAGE TOUR

On Ocracoke Island, our Beach Tours will take you to all of the beaches of Ocracoke that are open to 4wd access. This up to 4 hour tour is a great way to see some out of the way beaches and cover a lot of ground shelling without the long walks. It includes at least one sound-side access point. We usually throw in some history of the area, some side stories to that history and occasionally a little folklore. If customers interest include touring some points of interest throughout the village, we are happy to include that as well. The rate for this exploration is a flat rate of $150.00 total per trip, with a maximum of 4 people in the cab. The $150.00 rate covers up to 4 people Should we be able to accommodate more than 4 people, there will be an additional charge of $25.00 each. SOUTH BEACH CRAWL

With The Crawl, we drop you off on the east or the west edge of South Beach (between Cape Point and Frisco Beach) and pick you up on the other end, about a 3 mile adventure. This allows you to walk the famous South Beach without having to backtrack. South Beach is a pedestrian only area, so you get to enjoy the solitude of not having vehicles zooming by. There is also a shorter option that still covers a portion of this beach. South Beach is renowned for it's Whelk Shell potential. You must be physically able to handle this option. We can accommodate an unlimited number of people in a group. This is a seasonal option, as closure restrictions due to bird nesting issues are not uncommon. The South Beach Crawl options are the same rates as the Drop Off Shuttle.
